Great River Area Faith in Action

Great River Area Faith in Action is a outreach ministry that operates out of the Grace Lutheran campus. The mission of Great River Area Faith in Action is to use their hearts and hands to create a more caring community.

Great River Area Faith in Action provides volunteer services to assist the elderly, disabled and those in need to stay in their homes with dignity as long as it is safe for them to do so. Consisting of the programs: The Bridging Project, We Care Team, and Furniture for Families, they have been serving all of Sherburne and parts of Wright County for the over 8 years.
