Grace Weekly Servant Schedule

First of all, thank you all for your willingness to serve in these capacities!  If we have overlooked your name,
PLEASE contact the church office so we can add you to the schedule.

Fellowship:
Each family please provide 4 dozen cookies or bars, coffee and (2) gallons of juice for the week you are providing Fellowship. Please share the responsibilities of cleaning the kitchen and Fellowship Hall after Fellowship.
I f you are unable to serve on the week you are listed, please find a family to trade with you or call
Sue McPherson (612-710-3709) so she can make arrangements!

Greeters:
Please arrive at church at least 15 minutes before service to greet worshippers. Please hand out weekly bulletins, announcements and other materials as needed. Please introduce yourself to visitors and ask them to sign the Guest Register.

Ushers:
Please arrive at church at least 15 minutes before service check in with the Elder and determine
what special events are taking place at service.
Greeters/Ushers/Readers: If you are unable to serve on the week you are listed, please find a family/individual to trade with you or call Dale Moeller (320-249-2467) so he can make arrangements.

Please Note:  If alteraltions have been made to this schedule at church, those changes may not be reflected here.  The 'Master' copy is on the Fellowship Board in Fellowship Hall.
