Spring Spectacular - Craft & Bake Sale
Event Date: Saturday, April 20th, 2013

General Information:

Indoor Event (Outdoor spaces may be available if weather permits.)
This is a one day event,a T.A.G. Youth Group Fundraiser.
Location is at Grace Lutheran Church, in Becker, ¼ mile off Hwy 10 on Edgewood
     Street.
Booth sizes are approximately 10'X10', located throughout church facility, and will
    be taped out and identified for each vendor.
Cost is $50 booth/$5 electric (40 booths available, first come first serve.)
Registrations must be mailed with full payment and are due no later than
    April 15th, 2013.   Please make checks payable to “T.A.G.” or "Teens At Grace"
Vendors must provide own tables and chairs to use in own booth area.
If electric is needed, please provide an extension cord and duct tape.
Event Operation Hours: 8am-4pm, set up can be done after 6pm on Friday the
     19th, or starting at 6am on the day of event. Cleanup must be completed
     by 7pm.
No sales of Food or Beverages unless approved by event coordinator, Rhonda Metzger.
    (Concessions and baked goods will be sold by T.A.G.)
Cancellation Fee: $10 – no refund if cancelled after April 15th, 2013
MN State Sales Tax Requirement: ST-19 form or copy of sales tax ID
    number must be provided to us PRIOR to the show per MN Dept. of Revenue
    Regulations.
Some advertisements for this event are already in place and will be placed from
     Rogers to St. Cloud Area and Buffalo to Princeton Area, including local
     newspapers and local cable channels.
